The City of Woodland's Five-Year Consolidated Plan will assess the current housing market, discuss characteristics of the population, and identify community improvement priorities. These findings will be used to outline a five-year plan to act on these priorities using funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) will examine whether everyone in Woodland has similar choices for housing regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), religion, disability, or whether they have children.
